Marma Abhyanga

Warmed oils are lightly applied to the body. This gentle massage focuses upon the marmas or energy points of the body. Helps to purify body tissues off toxins and to leave you feeling balanced and rejuvenated.

Shirobhyanga

A relaxing and healing therapy to relieve stress, fatigue and muscular pain; at the same time helps to stimulate the vital areas on the head, neck and shoulders. This method enhances perception and the nervous system. The mind becomes calm and refreshed.

Shirodhara

A continuous flow of warmed oil on the forehead induces a deep relaxation state. The mind and body simultaneously release locked-up energies into the system, rejuvenating the interaction of the mind, body and soul. Not only does this practice improve the functions of the 5 senses, it also reduces stress, releasing negative emotions. Rest is recommended after the treatment. A 3-session therapy is recommended for best results.

Udvartanum

A calming and soothing exfoliation remedy using ayurvedic herbal powders: ajwain, amla and dhania. Aids to rebuild healthy tissues and stimulate the lymphatic system, this practice helps to remove any excess water and earth elements (kapha).
